NEWBORN RULES
* Create a thread here when you want newborns. * Put in the title admin so that we can tell you what the newborns will look like and how many there will be. We will also choose if any will die by bloodlines and things of that nature. * Take admin out of the thread when we have posted. * Create bios in the Creation board. * The users who RP the parents get first pick on their newborns
The world is a harsh, cruel place that shows no mercy. To anyone. Living in it can be rough and painful, but that's all anyone can do. In this land, in this world, death is not an option for us. So, if someone wants to take us out of it, we have to fight. To win. Or to lose. Or to take them down with us. This is our story.
Welcome to Horizon, an intermediate to advanced roleplay, based on the hard lives of the cats that struggle to survive each and everyday in the very depths of Africa. The setting is located on an island, off of the coast of Africa, named Horizon. Big cats live there in the mountains, the jungle, and the grassy plains. This island is a haven for all cats, away from the hunters and poachers. But, peace does not reign. Fights break out over food, territory, and even love. Choose your alliance, whether it be with the swift cougars or the sleek lynxes of the mountain, or the cunning black panthers and leopards of the forest, or, maybe, the swift lions of the plains.

Season: Winter
Weather: The air is windy with gelid zephyrs. This has chased most of the prey back into their homes, away from their predators. The plains are probably the only region of Horizon that hasn't been affected by the cold. Warm air showers upon them in their large open territory.
Prey: Less prey everywhere except for the plains.
